Emr Oto Elektronik: single-point expertise in vehicle ECUs
We unite board-level repair, parts supply, software adaptation and communication checks for ECU, TCU, ABS/ESP and cluster modules under one roof. Fault code scanning, electrical measurements, socket/pin renewal, rollback backups and function tests are treated as connected steps.
Our goal is to get the vehicle back on the road. We share parts lists and measurement notes, proceed with your approval, and offer refurbished ECUs or rollback to stock software when needed. Shipping or on-site removal/installation saves time while we document every step.
We have field experience across brands and generations of ECU/TCUs in supply/driver circuits, sensor/actuator communication and software parameters. Our routine covers visual inspection, measurement, DTC validation, board-level repair, software restore and function checks.
3-step delivery
Board-level solution
We work component-level on supply/driver circuits, sockets and pins; a refurbished ECU option is offered when needed.
Transparent communication
We share fault codes, measurements, parts changes and software steps, proceed with approval, and provide a single contact throughout.
Quick turnaround
Shipping or on-site removal/install; we stand behind the job with rollback to stock and support line.
Our service approach
Each vehicle has unique usage history, fault codes and hardware revisions. We create a tailored repair plan based on symptoms and measurements. At first contact we collect complaint, fault codes, vehicle and module info and share an estimated roadmap.
Through visual inspection and electrical measurements we note oxidation, burn marks, cold solder, loose sockets or supply/driver imbalances. Board-level work includes spot soldering, component replacement, socket/pin renewal and isolation; on software we perform rollback, stock flash, immobilizer/calibration and communication tests using a checklist.
Before delivery we report every work item and replaced part. For shipped units we share packing and handling notes; for on-site service we share the removal/install plan. This prevents unnecessary part changes and keeps the intervention measurable.
